How do I install my plugin?
Download the installer for your platform from Dashboard → Downloads, run it, then launch your DAW and rescan plugins. Your license key is in Dashboard → Licenses.
How many machines can I activate?
Each license includes a set number of machine activations (shown on the product page, typically 3). You can deactivate an old machine at any time to free a slot.
What is your refund policy?
If a plugin doesn't work out, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded licenses are deactivated.
Do updates cost anything?
No. Every update we ship for a product you own is free, forever. New downloads appear in your dashboard automatically.
I lost access to my authenticator app.
Use one of the backup codes you saved when enabling two-factor, or the email code option on the sign-in screen. You can regenerate backup codes from Settings → Security.
